With Google Reader you can not only subscribe to RSS feeds of your favorite websites but you can also share it with friends and colleagues. Some other features like Offline reading, mobile access, keyboard shortcuts definitely makes Google Reader more popular.
WPF desktop client to Google’s popular RSS agregator service. Shows only unread items with basic viewing/deleting/starring functionality. Program’s major feature is Outlook-like notifications for new items arriving for any of your feeds.
It’s currently in incubation mode, so features are very basic, but it might grow into something more functional.
