Good support is very rare. As a mostly-free service, WordPress.com has hundreds of thousands of users who can sometimes send in quite a few question every day. When you send a message to WordPress.com, there is a real human being on the other end who will read it and do his darndest to answer it. It’ll probably be one of these guys:
